After spending over two & half decades with corporates at senior management positions in Legal, Secretarial, and Finance streamed various corporates. Mr. Rao ventured on his own and founded Intygrat Business Advisory(P) Ltd, a knowledge process outsourcing and business advisory company in 2011, thereafter, further professionalizing his long-standing individual practice, he established full-fledged legal services firm, Intygrat Law Offices LLP. Mr. Rao is a B.A.(Eng.) from Madras University, Associate Member of ICSI, LLB, Executive -MBA in International Business from IIFT, and a Licentiate from III, Pune. Mr. Rao has been a director on the Boards of various companies & Ex-Member of the Executive Committee of Ph.D. Chamber of Commerce. He has been granted Fellow membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London (FRICS). He is also an advisor to NAREDCO, Haryana. He has been part of various conferences and conclaves.
He is Legal Advisor/Counsel to Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority. Mr. Rao is widely sought after arguing counsel for various corporates, welfare associations & individuals.
He is extensively quoted & has published various articles in leading newspapers/magazines and is widely sought by TV Channels for his expert legal views.

Responsibilities handled by Ms. Saikia relate to litigation and advisory in the field of commercial law litigation, arbitration &reconciliation, insolvency and bankruptcy, and real estate. Additionally, she is also involved in corporate compliances, project due-diligence and other corporate advisory transactions.
Shivani Pruthi

Ms. Shivani Pruthi, a 2019 B.com LL. B graduate, is currently an associate at Intygrat Law Offices LLP.
She has expertise in RERA and NCLT matters, drafting agreements for Indian and US companies in various sectors, and providing HR legal solutions and land due diligence. Ms. Pruthi also has litigation experience in the Delhi High Court and District Courts, handling writs, commercial recovery, family law, and arbitration.

Adv. Shivaditya Mukherjee has completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and holds a law degree from St. Joseph’s College of Law, Bengaluru.
